Every visit to this store has left me frustrated and disappointed, mainly in the Clinique section. I waited nearly a year checking for a particular item for someone to say, I can order that for you. Stood around for half an hour waiting for a prescription that was already picked and ready to go... won't be using this pharmacy again

Just not the shop it was. Didn't even open during late night shopping before Christmas, prices not great and parcel collection a nightmare.
