Worst ever experience of a Yodel drop off. Then a uninterested, lazy cant be arsed, to the point of rude shop assistant. Go there if you want a DIY shopping experience, as thats what you are in for. Hunt for your own parcel, scan it. No wonder parcels go missing, they are just left on the floor for anyone to have a mooch... read full comment

Very rude!! Went to put Gas & Electric on. Didn’t know it was cash only. I said it was for my son and she said it doesn’t matter who it’s for. I then pointed out that I don’t normally do it so wouldn’t know that. Both were rude!! Never used to be!!
