"PLEASE HOLD THE HANDRAIL WHILE TRAVELLING." That thing never shuts up. It repeats all day long, even if you're not using the escalator. ALL DAY. And the shop is cold. And it's right in the centre of town, and it ripped the bustling heart out of Biddulph town centre. A soulless, corporate hole.

When I used the toilets in sainsburys they were absolutely vile.Also dirty vile toilet brushes all covered in fieces! Put me of shopping in there! I think your cleaners need a talking to! Absolutely disgusting!
