What awful customer service by the actual post master. Returned a parcel a few days ago through this PO. Day later was delivered back to my address. Been in this morning to ask for help ...would not accept responsibility as said wasn't him was Royal Mail. No common sense was used when applying the label from my QR. code.... read full comment

I had nothing but good things to say about this branch. I have been in here many times and always had good polite service. I'd asked the manager if I could have my parcels delivered to the post office, as I can't get them at home, and rather than just assume, I asked first. He said "yes of course, no problem".
