Always waiting 20 to 30 minutes waiting to pick up my repeat prescription. Staff lovely but it is not acceptable to keep waiting that long when had a message to say it ready to pick up. Always seam to be making it up when u get there. So WHY SAY IT READY in a message when i see clearly it is not.

It's sad to see how this chemist has gone downhill over the last few years, over half of the staff are down right ignorant & think they are better than the customer.The queues are horrendous at times yet all you see is thestaff chatting amongst themselves rather than serving.

Service is generally OK but varies significantly, especially when it comes to waiting times and if you are picking up prescriptions on behalf of somebody else.The recent 7-day policy that has been imposed is a pain, especially if you need to top up your medication before going away.Sometimes it is really quick and service...
