I have returned an order to the Birmingham bull ring branch and it's been over 60 days and I have not gotten the refund. Checked with my bank and there was nothing refunded to my credit card.

Shopped in Disney springs store and prices that rang up were more than the tag showed and when I reached out they said it doesn’t matter what the tags states said, only how much it rings up…really??? Then spoke with CS and they said “oh 19.90 is euros”. How does 19.90 convert to over 35 US dollars. Customer service... read full comment
