Went in to get a bottle of water, as i was paying the young man working there asked me if i wanted some chocolate that was randomly scattered on the counter. I just said no thanks. Every now and then, exceptional service surprises us and WHSmith in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital managed just that on Saturday 13-Aug.We arrived at the store at 4pm, to find it was closing for the manager's break...the shutters were down, and the key was in the lock.
