Why does nobody ever answer the phone here. Its so annoying

Pharmacy didn't open at the time it was meant to be open. I was stood outside with other members of staff waiting to go in. Didn't open until 38 minutes past, and even when they did open, all they were doing was gossiping about another member of staff who was not present about piercings she has in intimate places.
