Appalling. In an attempt to prevent people from visiting the building they are trying to get customers to sign up tp apps etc. When I said I just wanted to collect my prescription, as I have done for years, they removed my from thier customer list so that my prescriptions are no longer sent there. Staff are very good but it almost impossible to collect repeat prescriptions due to long queues of people waiting for Flu Jab, today was my forth and final attempt, I have changed now to a different pharmacy.
