Great range of goods. Not the easiest shop to navigate if you're unfamiliar. Nice staff though.

The shop is great but the toilets are really grim. The cubicle is lit with ultra violet lighting which makes me wonder if they have drug related concerns. This area needs plenty work, as toilet roll dispensers are close to empty but replacements just left on the floor. Come on Waitrose, you can and must do better.

Staff are supposed to be partners? A lot seem unhappy in their work or just not bothered? Rude, unhelpful and some just insolent (stroppy teenagers?)
