Carried on taking money from my wife's account even though she provided evidence of being poorly and awaiting an operation. Provided medical records and still had to argue for a refund for months and when she went to rejoin she was told she had a debt from her previous contract even though it had ended. Decent facilities, although its often full of litter (empty bottles and cans), changing rooms can be a mess and floors dirty. It's so busy now with folk just sat on their phones on machines, some members walking round bare foot, dirty work boots and jeans and some vaping! It's definitely lost its elite health club look... read full comment
