We booked an overnight stay for a Uni open day. Arrived at 1am and were greeted immediately a very pleasant member of staff. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It met our needs at a very reasonable price.

The lodge is dated with the carpet heavily worn out. There is a strong stale smell that permeates the hotel corridor. A refresh with new carpets might help. We were unlucky to have bath towels that had a couple of blood stain spots. Location is good though.

Good pleasant stay for 1 nights stay. Clean and comfortable room and bed was also comfortable. Just what we needed simple and pleasant. Bathroom was also clean and in working order along with the shower.
