I've purchased a lot of items from The White Company, and some have been very nice and worth every penny. I've bought the medium Fireside candle and lit it twice - once for 1hr 30 mins and the second time for 2hrs (I'd read advice to light them for that length). Customer service excellent ********Attended today to buy a wife a birthday present. The lady working on the shop floor with brown hair and a striped top could not have been more helpful and made my shopping experience very easy! Give this lady a promotion. Many thanks for your help.
