Shocking. Gets worse! Always no staff. The staff actually there are so miserable and don’t look at you or acknowledge you speaking to them which is very rude. Very slow in there. Overpriced. Bad atmosphere.

Huge thank you for Starbucks at Cineworld in the Centertainment, Sheffield for helping us. Christmas Eve, dealing with a car breakdown and needing somewhere comfortable for a 90 year old to wait. The staff were kind, and very understanding. Father Christmas has you on his good list for sure!

This place has turned into an absolute joke. The queue times are ridiculous and half the time there is only 2 people on, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Now they have changed their opening times and if you are seeing a movie after 7.30 you can't get a coffee now. We used to persevere because we like the coffee... read full comment
