Staff are extremely unhelpful, The lady there was very rude when I asked to exchange a pair of shoes that were smaller than expected after buying them minutes before closing, to be worn for work that night. Seems to have gone up in the world a bit. There's some good quality ranges available now. And quite a wide range of styles. One of the few shoe shops left on the High Street. Was worth my visit. Came out with a better pair of shoes than I expected and they fitted, unlike buying online.

I bought some loafer shoes and they have all split under the sole they are not very good quality for the price I have only had them about 2 months and wore them about 7times.
