Opening times not very helpful and very little parking but always good service from the staff

Went to collect a parcel and I arrived at the Manor Top office at 10.03 to be told it was closed. What good is opening from 8.00 - 10.00? Surely longer daily hours could be arranged and as somebody mentioned in a previous review there is no real parking provision made for cars - not an ideal service.
