Just turned up to find that they've changed their opening hours back to 8am-10am1 star because another user updated these hours a few months ago and the business has updated them to the longer hours a few weeks ago. rubbish timetable for customers to pick up their mail , I have limited 2 hours slot to pick up our mail . We pay good money for our PO BOX and this is what we get ? Will cancel our membership

Post has become so slow. Used to be everyday at the same time on our road. Very prompt, lovely post man. Now it’s probably once or twice a week if that with different postmen as they’re probably not permanent workers.Just goes to show the run down state of Royal Mail currently.
