Parcel returned to depot saying property inaccessible. Totally untrue, no one knocked on my door which is totally accessible

I wish I would give them 0 start.I received a mail on 4th January saying my parcel will be delivered on 5th of January between 10:30-12:30.Since then I didn’t receive anything from them.I tried contacting them but no response.They didn’t bother to deliver that to me. No mail of sending the parcel back to where it came... read full comment

Have been trying to get a package for days now and I would be sent a message saying I'm not home meanwhile I'm perfectly in my house !!!
