Never got a text about my order. Staff quite rude abrupt.

I went in for a significant order today, had all the product codes ready so joined the queue. Before I’d even had chance to draw breath a very rude man at the counter shouted I have to use the tablet to send the order to the till. “Can’t do anything without sending the order through on the tablet mate - pen and paper... read full comment
