Keep losing my parcels! Custon service is so slow its totally pointless. I have had nothing but issues ever since using royal mail

Yesterday had a tracked letter Pu t through the letter box that was not ours. The only similarity to the correct address and ours was the house number and the same village. I delivered the letter to the correct address.AA few days after Christmas I got a note from the postman to say that there as an item that needed collecting... read full comment

Completely pointless delivery office. How can you expect customers to be able to effectively use your service if you are open for barely 2 hours (8-10am) during morning rush hours when people have jobs, kids, school etc?I rushed here to collect a parcel that online tracking said was to be collected from North delivery office.... read full comment
