Poor customer service, booked an appointment and before setting off I discussed that I'd be a bit late due to unfamiliarity with location and traffic. But they said it was fine. First time here, both me and my son, I got there a little early, was greeted so friendly which put me at ease. Was pointed in the right direction for the best style and hair colour and my hair has turned out amazing im so happy and will defo cone again.
