Last time I’ll use this post office. Heartily fed up of being patronised and NEVER getting the help requested. I’m local to Penistone but I have since used the post office in Manchester centre which was a much nicer experience. Just not worth the effort.

Staff need a new watch on a Saturday. Supposed to shut 12:30 Hrs. Got there at 12.27 all shut and locked up, disgraceful. Suppose they had Christmas shopping to do.!!!!!!

What awful staff! I went to collect a parcel with a legal form of ID - my marriage certificate (as my name is in the process of being changed) and they rejected it!!!!
