This is a good gym for weights, but it is just unbearably hot for cardio, which is not what you'd from a gym of this price if The Gym Group can manage it. The hot tub is cold and uses swimming pool water to save energy costs.

I'll start with the good points, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and the equipment adequate.Now the bad stuff, the pool is very cold and the hot tub is also cold. The gym equipment lacks diversity and there is not many different machines
