Can't try on most men's formal shirts. I went to the fitting room to use the shirts available. They had just one 16" collar shirt available, which was a skinny fit. What was there clearly hadn't been looked at or washed for a while! I guess they want you to order online and return??

We had come in to return a pair of boots and Michelle was the loveliest. She helped us and was so patient and kind even though it was taking a bit due to our fault. She was a sweetheart and i’ve never met a kinder employee before !!

Shocked at the service in this store. Never been in this next store and won't be returning.I walked in at 11:28 today for a simple collection. I walked in and went to the till where I could see a staff member to ask for advice on where to collect. I saw Jane who was behind the pay here desk. I asked can I collect here?... read full comment
