My new trainers had some leather scuffed off. The two ladies on shift were very kind and helpful and exchanged them immediately with no fuss. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Having bought a pair of £200 boots in January I noticed the heel on one of the boots had become loose and had split. I returned them to the shop in the hope of a replacement pair.
