Dec 23rd. Went at 6am. Everything fully stocked, great dates , well staffed and well organised. In previous years I have gone to M and S Crystal peaks food hall to do my Christmas shop where everything was empty , poor dates and disorganised. It’s Meadowhall every time now ?

Now I only use M&S for food now and again but whenever I do, there always seems to be an issue with quality. Usually love M&S cafe but been today at Meadowhall and tables were a mess. I asked a member of staff if she would mind clearing the table for me and she virtually ignored me. I waited a while (my coffee going cold) and then asked someone else who said she would get someone. She then went away and very begrudgingly cleared... read full comment
