I decided to count how many times in a row they’ve got my repeat prescription wrong and it’s 8….! Incredibly unhelpful, seem to hate having customers, rude and incompetent. Today I’ve finally changed to Boots nearby as sick to death of how poor this pharmacy is

A very good pharmacy. Counter staff always pleasant dispite being very busy.

I was told that a generic prescription could not be issued and that the item needed to be prescribed by brand which is incorrect. No pharmacist on premises.
