I booked an appointment here to have a Covid Jab and when I arrived they said they had run out of needles so I was not able to have the jab. They did not tell me before coming all that way and now I cannot even rebook online elsewhere as it’s not like they cancelled my appointment. Poor.

Ordered my prescriptions online went to pick them up but they didn't have 1 of the item in had to order it I'm now ready to order it on prescription again but still havnt received the last 1 not impressed with the new owners at all .

Ordered online the week before, went in Friday lunch time to collect before going away on holiday and they said they couldn't do it until 5pm. I couldn't wait that long so they gave me the "paper prescription" to go elsewhere to get it.
