Terrible for delivery, been waiting over 2 weeks for an order and it's still not been dispatched. Customer service were unhelpful, giving a generic response. Won't be shopping here again!

Ordered 15 days ago, status keeps changing for dispatch. Currently showing 19th September dispatch now, we’re on the 20th and still nothing. Contacted customer support and heard nothing back. Not expecting my items to be delivered before we go away on holiday, if they actually get delivered at all!
