Ordered food at 19:25 said delivery time would be between 19:55 - 20:05. Food arrived at 20:40 stone cold and not eatable! Tried to call restaurant three times to request updates on food and complain once freezing cold food arrived to be met with no answer at all.
The food was delicious as always I have no complaints , also the staff was lovely however I’ve worked in food industry for a few years and I know hygiene is meant to be very strict wearing gloves all times, I saw the back kitchen staff the one making the food not wearing gloves yet putting the salad on burgers on there... read full comment
