Hi sorry to inform but Joel the staff member was very unkind and gave me my order in a rude manor and said he “ don’t know we’re the forks and salt is so I have to get it my self” not even 1 star for. Him it’s discusting

My family and I turned up to order a boneless family bucket only to be told you can only order via the kiosk. Out of the 4 self service kiosks non of the touch screens were responding which meant quite a lot of people couldn't order.
