This place is a joke! How hard is it to get an order right? Final straw - we will not order food from here again third time that this has happened. Only ever use the drive through, love the food, lovely helpful staff, only gripe is should be separate staff for the delivery orders, waiting time is taking longer

Hands down THE WORST kfc in Sheffield by a country mile! Every single time they get my order wrong and I don’t want to get started on the rubbery soggy chicken. I worked as a cook for kfc 9 years ago and this is far from the standards I used to work at.
