The main female Manager at the Meadowhall branch is very rude, abrupt and unhelpful when it comes to returning an item. JD need to focus more on retraining management about customer care.

Every time I’ve gone to take my teenage son here we have had to walk out, the volume on music playing in this store is ridiculous no need totally not disability friendly at all.

Very rude staff, I asked a staff member for the price of a football and she said she was unsure and just walked off!!!
