You call them and knowbody answers the phone. When you go you wait ages for someone to come to reception

Says it opens at 7 on a Thursday, staff were stood outside a closed door at 9 this morning, but that's a different story.I ordered a repeat prescription on 30/9. Went to collect it on 6/10 so plenty of notice. Hadn't been done and the medicine I needed wasn't in stock so would have to be ordered, was told to 'come back... read full comment
