Came into H Samuel today to buy a new engagement ring as my old one was faulty (bought somewhere else). Channen was very friendly and helpful from the start and made a stressful situation really easy! Ordered a ring on a Thursday and it due to be delivered on Monday, very very happy. Can’t wait to come back :)
