Really busy, people queuing out the door. Very poor service, very slow. Loads of staff about but only one serving. Seemed more staff putting together orders for delivery or stood around chatting. If you get hot food it’s cold by the time you get served

If there's a queue going out the door then put more people on the tills instead of watching them walk around the store doing nothing
