The staff really needs to understand the term "hospitality" cause it seriously lacks! No matter why people just prefer to steal rather than to buy from this store. I also work in a well known coffee chain. We would never ever hire such staff which takes down the value of the brand.

In terms of the food and drink it's a Greggs and provides exactly as expected, staff are good too.
However - they now take delivery orders online and simply don't have enough staff, queues out the door waiting to be served being ignored in favour of making sandwiches for delivery orders, very poor when some customers...

Staff were rude and slow. My friends drink was given to someone else and no one did anything to rectify the situation. The food was disgusting, disappointing for Greggs which is usually so nice
