They have damaged my hair my curls have lost their shape. I had 2 consultations stating they were able to correct my hair as the roots were not correctly blended at a different salon. I was happy to pay extra for my hair to be specifically how I wanted. I asked multiple times if this is possible as I am going on holiday... read full comment
