Postmen confuse addresses, several times I got parcels from another address and especially confuse Alison drive with Alison close swollownest, leave parcels behind the signature without knocking, very unprofessional approach to work

Had a special delivery due and I missed it because I was upstairs and didn't hear the postman knock. I rang dinnington delivery office and the woman on reception was incredibly helpful and rang the postman for me and got it redelivered for me that same day about an hour later.
