Do not buy a sofa from here, i have a sofa and chair both electric recliner very expensive and was told buy the assistant sales manager kev that they both have 15 years guarantee on all structual parts including the recliner mechanisms, (this was the only reason i spent so much money on them) only to find out 3 years later... read full comment

We purchased our sofa in April and received it 5/6 weeks later and have no end of issues first of all when purchasing the sales assistant talked us into paying for extra cover he explained we could have our sofa cleaned as many times as we wanted for the next 5 year but after contacting them for our first clean was told... read full comment
