Decent range of stock and staff are friendly. Unfortunately only the self-checkout is available most of the time and seems to be left to security to deal with issues as the counter checkout is rarely attended by staff who are shelf-filling. Hate self checkout so I tend to avoid this shop.

Rubbish staff, unfriendly and you always feel they can’t be bothered to even make eye contact. I mainly use it to collect Amazon parcels, if the staff were friendly I’d be more inclined to shop there but always feel as if they’re spoiling for a fight, I’m great with my customers at Morrisons, they’re my bread... read full comment

This place has really gone downhill over the past few months. The self serve machines that you are obliged to use (as there is only one member of staff at the counter) have always played up ('please remove last item' repeatedly coming up for no reason), but at least someone used to come and fix it after a short wait.
