Come here regularly as I work across the road from them, must say out of all the cafe Neros I've been in in city centre this is by far the better one, customer service is always spot on, the coffees always taste nice and look very well crafted and the place is always clean and smelling fresh! I visited Caffè Nero with my wife, and I bought a late to take out. My wife is heavily pregnant and asked to use the toilet but was refused by the staff since they wanted to clean and close the store, despite it was 18:10 on Thursday and the closing time was 18:30.
