The staff at my local Boots went above and beyond to help me. I needed some pain relief but the hadn’t got any capsules in. The rang the doctor to change it to tablet form. I’m so grateful they went that extra mile for me. I find the staff really helpful. They are my heroes for helping me.

Had a very bad experience today at this pharmacy. I have extreme food allergies and intolerances to food additives, like E numbers, preservatives, colourings etc. I have informed the pharmacy of this, as I pick up a repeat prescription every month, and up until today, they have been very accommodating.
