Boots pharmacy Drakehouse.Absolutely ridiculous! Stood waiting 40 minutes to collect my usual monthly medication from a repeat prescrition that they have had for atleast 1 week in advance! Been up was told to ring 111 to order a perscription 101 did this and told us to ring boots to see if its there what a joke rang 11 times over 30 mins no answer whats going on does all boots turn there phones down

A good pharmacy. They are always polite and don't usually take a dogs age processing prescriptions, unlike a lot of other pharmacies.
