You either get ignored or on Sunday they have the shutters half way down 30 minutes before closing and you're being reminded that they are closing soon. Just not very friendly staff with that positive customer service approach.

Blacks seem to have lost there way I have shopped with them for years the stock appears much cheaper quality but the prices are high, this is a reason people shop on line rather than go to bricks and morter outlets. The Land rover in the entrance is impressive
