Very unhelpful. My parcel was delivered there in error by Royal Mail (tracked) and they claim they never had it. It was a coat for my granddaughter and when I tackled them politely with evidence they suddenly found it difficult to understand English. Royal mail know they had it. I know they received it, yet they deny everything.... read full comment
