It's not a good look to say your business is open until 10:30 when in reality you close up shop well before 9:30.

I occasionally use this store when no other store is open but the attitude of the guy at the counter is absolutely shocking. He is ever so rude, he doesn't talk to you and when he does it's just complete vile coming out of his mouth.
He acts like you walked in to bother him and doesn't even offer to help with anything.Completely...
