Very rude staff, massive queues, woman at chemist has serious attitude problem, security in here treat customers with contempt, staff in this place need to know that customers pay their rotten undeserved wages, this place has gone downhill in every way, the manager is useless

Why do we have a self service basket station and a trolley self service station and people use the basket one to pay who have trolleys. They say it's because some trolley people want to pay cash and there are no cash service at the trolley station.
