No heating, absolutely freezing. I feel for the staff, they are working wearing coats and gloves. As an eighty year old customer I would expect better.

The coldest supermarket I have ever been in. Don’t think they turn the heating on. The poor staff, they seem to be wrapped in blue Tesco fleeces. That aside, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff.

Website not good. Can't find any Florence and fred clothing keeps taking you back to same thing or nothing at all. Needs reviewing and changing.
