Out of all the McDonald’s in the country, by far this is the worst one, & unfortunately it’s my local one. I’ve spent the last 10 months documenting every order which is wrong (which is about 90% of them by the way) to send the log to their head office to complain. Absolutely disgusting, waited 3 hours for them to say there is nothing they can do, placed my order at 7:27pm was suppose to arrive for 8:10-8:30pm, rang up at 9:18 still no order because they still had it in the restaurant, 10:00 and still nothing, just rang back up for them to say there is nothing they can do!

Had to park in car park to wait for our food and it took over an hour for the food to come out and the food was cold
